The process

From bottle to spool in four steps

Every spool starts as ordinary plastic waste. Here's how we turn it into filament you can print with.

  1. 01

    Collect & clean

Used PET bottles are sorted, de-labeled and washed until spotless.

  2. 02

    Slice into ribbon

Each bottle is spiral-cut into one continuous thin plastic ribbon.

  3. 03

    Heat & pull

The ribbon is drawn through a heated nozzle into 1.75mm filament.

  4. 04

    Spool & ship

Filament is wound onto spools, quality-checked and sent to you.

Our impact

Every print starts a second life for plastic

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is rPET filament?

rPET is recycled polyethylene terephthalate — the same plastic used in drink bottles. We process it into 1.75mm filament that prints similarly to PETG, with great strength and layer adhesion.

Which printers is it compatible with?

It works with virtually any FDM printer that handles PETG. We recommend a nozzle temperature of 230–250°C and a bed temperature of 70–80°C.

How many bottles go into one spool?

A standard 1kg spool is made from roughly 19 recycled 500ml PET bottles that would otherwise be discarded.

Can I send you my own bottles?

Yes! Our takeback program lets you mail clean PET bottles and earn store credit toward your next spool. Reach out and we will send you a prepaid label.

What are your shipping options?

We ship worldwide. Orders over $60 ship free, and most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
